Requirements:
- University Graduate
- Excellent English Communications skills - Written & Spoken.
- A second foreign language is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Highly Customer service oriented
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work days, nights (till 10 p.m.), weekends and holidays on rotation with colleagues.
- Self motivation and Initiative. - Owning a car is a plus.
- Excellent telephone manner.

Duties:
- To insure customer service levels are maintained and exceeded.
- To handle general administrative tasks.
- To handle all incoming customers
- To handle customer queries and complaints.
- To sell and promote reservations and Smart products
- To provide a high level of customer service
- To achieve targets as outlined by Team leaders
- To determine customers needs and process all domestic and international reservations and requests.
- To offer relevant information / options to all customers regarding reservations, vehicles, terms and conditions of the rental.
- To provide accurate rental costing using the acquired information.
- To accurately input computer data using Excel and Word.
- To maintain departmental and individual quality goals.
